Hello, I have configured the whats app integration and I'm trying to access it on whatsapp but nothing happen.
[X] The bot works on the web
[X] The bot is published
[X] The session is set to 0.1
[X] The whats app configuration worked without problem and I have activated the hooks properly

When I Tryout the bot whats app open. The input is filled with Start but when I submit the message nothing happen. It does not react to any message.
Is there any log That I can access to see what is going wrong? I'm on the self hosted plan.

Is the webhook correct?

I copy pasted. So it should

I'm trying to investigate step by step.

I'm on the whatsapp configuration

I was able to send a test message from the phone configuration on whatsapp.

tha means that my Facebook app can use the whatsapp product and send message using the phone number I have configured

I'm on the web hook part of the configuration now :p

I can see the URL and the token are filled for the app

@LoSalah I think I found the issue.

I did not activate the messages notification on the hook configuration. My bad
