Activating WhatApp business

Hi all. I have two chatbots on whatsapp, followed the instructions and its working well. Except now when the org goes to add the number to whatsapp business app it always says there is an error with whatsapp. Any ideas? thanks

Yes, you can't have a phone number tied to an app and on WhatsApp business app as far as I know 😦

ohhhhh bummer so we have to pick one or the other? like number on WhatsApp business or connected to the app?

You can buy cheap phone numbers on Twilio and other services btw!
