The community member is having an issue with SMTP integration for their WhatsApp lead form. The SMTP integration is working fine with their web bot, but they are not receiving any confirmation emails when someone completes the lead form on WhatsApp. Another community member suggests that the integration should work, and asks if the original poster has a reproduction of the issue. The original poster then comments that the issue has suddenly started working, but they had issues with it in the initial few WhatsApp conversations.
SMTP integration is working fine with web bot but when I tried it on WhatsApp I didn't receive any confirmation email. Is there anyway to configure that for WhatsApp if someone completes the Lead form on WhatsApp they will receive the confirmation email.
