Embed not showing on Virgin Wifi

This is honestly the strangest thing I have ever heard. But the Typebot embedded on a website does not render on Virgin Wifi. When disconnecting and using Virgin mobile data it works, and other wifi is fine, just Virgin Wifi in the UK. multiple users reported it, different browsers etc.
Any ideas? Thanks

Hi Kyle, I also had this issue. I'm a Virgin Media UK customer too. Virgin appear to have blocked the domain for some reason known only to themselves. I have heard of this happening before: Virgin blocking legitimate sites based on some kind of model they have.
For a personal fix you can log into Virgin media and turn off the Virus protection and Content controls - of course this won't be suitable for your users.
For this I think someone from the TypeBot team are going to have to contact Virgin Media UK and request the relevant domains are unblocked
That's very good to know I should be able to contact them to remove Typebot from their anti virus list
This can unfortunately happen as some people used Typebot to create scams...
Tough to find how to contact them about that
Hey Baptiste, after searching for a bit, it seems that you can go to this official page, scroll down the page, click "No" to the question "Has this helped?", then click on "Chat with us". A chatbot bubble on the bottom right of the website will open, prompting you to type after a few seconds.
It seems like the most straightforward way to contact them
Perfect, cheers !
It seems like it is hard to get through their virtual assistant without a Virgin customer ID. Would you be able to contact them @MikeS or @Kyle Behrend ?

Here is the message you could send:

Hi,

I am writing to you as a customer of Typebot, a platform that enables the creation and publication of chatbots. Recently, several of my customers have reported that chatbots shared via the domain typebot[.]co and typebot[.]io are inaccessible if they are connected to a Virgin UK WiFi network.

I believe this issue may have arisen due to potential misuse of the platform by scammers. However, I want to assure you that Typebot is actively monitoring and suspending any fraudulent activities. They are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment for all users.

Could you please investigate and consider removing the flag on the typebot[.]co, typebot[.]io domains from your end? This would greatly help in restoring access to our legitimate users.
Oh wow thanks so much for helping figure this out! Iโ€™ll ask them to email them this and let you know how it goes!
Do you have news about it @Kyle Behrend?
Still waiting to hear back from the client, will let you know ๐Ÿ™‚
Hi Baptise, bad news - Telstra NBN in Australia has also blocked it. Was showing a potential client and they couldnโ€™t see it ๐Ÿ˜ฆ still waiting to hear back from the UK place but worrying itโ€™s spreading? Any workaround for this? Thanks
I'm honestly a bit helpless here... Another user reported the same issue with Movistar (Spain)
It is marked safe in a lot of URL scanners so I don't get it ๐Ÿค”
It seems it was listed in SURBL multi. So I just asked them to review this.
But I don't know if it'll make a difference with ISPs. I don't know what they rely on ๐Ÿค”
As a work around you can use typebot.io domain instead of typebot.co
Ok it seems both typebot.co and typebot.io are listed in https://github.com/Phishing-Database. There's a good chance some ISP are using this database so I will request for a removal there ๐Ÿคž
Amazing thank you ๐Ÿ™
