Error audio when is executed in mobile browser

At a glance

The community member is experiencing an issue where an audio file that works on a web browser from a computer does not work when accessed via a mobile browser. They have published the audio on AWS S3 as a public workspace. Other community members have provided suggestions, such as checking if the audio file is corrupted and trying to repair it, converting the file to MP3, and uploading the audio to a website like Jukehost or Convertio to see if that resolves the issue. However, there is no explicitly marked answer in the comments.

Hello, everyone

Someone could please answered why this happens? The same flow does works using a web browser from computer, but doen'ts when I open via mobile browser.

Some advice to get logs about it? It's a self hosted typebot.

I’ve published using the typebot up, and the same error is happening
It means your audio file is likely to be corrupted? How did you record it? Can you try to repair it?

it happened once to me, just upload mp3 to https://convertio.co/ and download the file, it will fix if it is corrupted
