Error! Could not reach server. Check your connection.

At a glance

The community member is experiencing an issue with their Typebot installation on a VPS via Portainer. They have tried several things to fix it, but nothing has worked. The comments suggest that the issue is related to the NEXT_PUBLIC_VIEWER_URL not being reachable by the builder container. The community members advise checking the server logs and running the docker-compose logs command, but it's unclear which container the command should be run in. There is no explicitly marked answer, and the community members seem to be trying to help the original poster troubleshoot the issue.

This means NEXT_PUBLIC_VIEWER_URL is not reachable by your builder container
Hello Baptiste, thank you very much for the response. I made a change and now I'm getting this error from the image. How can I fix it? (Sorry for taking up your time, I'm quite inexperienced.)
If you are inexperienced, I advise against self-hosting Typebot!
There should be a clear error in the server logs.

If you are self-hosting it with docker. Type this command in your terminal:

Plain Text
docker-compose logs
In which container should I run this command?
