Follow Up via E-Mail after not filling out the form

At a glance

The community member has built a small query tunnel with fields for name, email address, mobile phone number, and a free text field for requests. They would like to send an email to the person if they either abort the funnel when entering the mobile phone number or omit the free text field, i.e., do not send the request and close the website. The community member would also like to be reminded of this in 60 minutes after closing the window.

The comments indicate that there is currently no way to find out if a user left a typebot, and this feature is being tracked in a GitHub issue. The community members discuss potential solutions, such as using an "If, Then" function or having a service that pulls new results from Typebot and checks if a result is older than a certain time and a specific question was not answered. However, the community members note that Typebot does not currently have these "schedule" features, and this needs to be worked on.

I have a question for you all.
I have built a small query tunnel with the following elements:
  • Name
  • e-mail address
  • Mobile phone number
  • Free text field for request
I would like to send an e-mail to the person if they either aborted the funnel when entering the mobile phone number or omitted the free text field - i.e. did not send the request and closed the website.
Do any of you have an idea how I can implement something like this?
I would like to be reminded of this in 60 minutes after closing the window.
Thank you very much πŸ™‚

Unfortunately there is no way to find out if a user left a typebot yet πŸ™
Thank you for fast reply πŸ₯°πŸ‘Œ
@Baptiste Just thought about it last night. So it may be also not possible to trigger this scenario with an "If, Then"-function?

What about: If there is no reply for 600 Seconds, then wrote an E-Mail

But I think that the chatbot will lose his "working ability" if the person closes the tab, right?
Typebot still don't have these kind of "schedule" features. This needs to be worked on.

What you can do is having your own service that pulls the new results from Typebot and check if a result is older than X hours and Y question was not answered.
