Hello Wellington Faria, yes you can do this: In the "Share" tab of your bot, click on the platform of your choice. I recommend "HTML & JavaScript". Then choose "Bubble", and then check "Preview message", where you can specify the bot's avatar and message to display, as well as control the delay after which the message should appear on top of the bubble:
