I think he needs the bot to stop replying so he can continue to respond. I'm in the same spot. I need to collect some details from the user, but if the user keeps sending messages, the flow will restart. Also, if respond the user, while the WhatsApp is open the flow will stop (which I think is correct), but if I leave the conversation, the flow will resume.
