How can typebot prevent spam?

At a glance

The community members are using the Typebot platform and have encountered an issue where a user made over 1000 requests to Typebot within 24 hours, all of which were charged. They are seeking ways for Typebot to prevent malicious spam. The comments suggest checking if the requests were made to the API, and considering the "Remember user" setting as a potential mitigation. One community member also suggests saving the user's IP address in a database and creating a filter to prevent repeated requests from the same IP.

Useful resources
We are not self-hosting. Our team is using https://app.typebot.io/, and we conducted the following test: Within less than 24 hours, a user using the same real IP made over 1000 requests to Typebot. All of them were charged. Because of this, we would like to know what Typebot can do to prevent malicious spam?

Was that request made to the API?
Or is the Remember user setting would have mitigate it? https://docs.typebot.io/settings/remember-user
It's an application designed to answer consumer questions, like FAQ.
What I'm trying to prevent is for a malicious person to open 4 different browsers on the same IP and keep sending repeated messages until all of my sessions (chats/mo) on Typebot are used up.
You can save in a database the IP then make a filter.
