Issue Sending Data from Make to Typebot in Production

At a glance

A community member is new to Typebot and is trying to integrate their Inlead app, which creates interactive funnels, with Typebot. They have set up an integration in Make to send data collected from their leads to Typebot's webhook block. The integration works correctly in test mode, but not in production. The community member is asking if anyone has experienced this issue and can help resolve it. Their goal is to take the data received from Make and send it to the Typebot chat after the lead is redirected, to continue the interaction.

Hi everyone, how are you?

I'm new to Typebot and I have a question. I use an app called Inlead to create interactive funnels with multiple-choice options and text inputs, where I can collect data from my leads (such as name, age, etc.) and send this information to a webhook.

My goal is to send this data to Typebot to continue the funnel with AI.

To achieve this, I created an integration in Make, where I receive the data and send an HTTP request to the webhook block in the Typebot flow. In test mode, everything works correctly, but in production, it’s not working.

Has anyone experienced this or can help me resolve it? I’m attaching a video showing how it works in test mode and in production.

The goal is to take the data received from Make and send it to the Typebot chat after the lead is redirected, already starting the interaction.
