Has anyone built a flow where they use the OpenAI block to suggest buttons for the customer to flow down to get assistance? For example, they type free form text asking a complicated question and it sends them down a "contact us" predefined flow, but if they just ask about how to access their account then it shows them a "My Account" button that they can click? Kind of like Ada?
