Phone block always return "Invalid message"

At a glance

The community member was evaluating the use of Typebot on their websites and encountered an issue with the phone block, where it returned an "Invalid message. Please try again" error regardless of the input. A fellow community member tried to reproduce the issue and found that the error only occurs when the phone number does not appear to be a valid USA phone number. When they tested with a valid USA phone number, the flow continued normally. The community member provided a link to a list of valid random USA phone numbers that could be used for further testing.

Useful resources
I was evaluating using Typebot on our websites. During the testing I got stuck at phone block returning "Invalid message. Please try again" error no matter what I enter. There is nothing fancy, just a phone field with USA as a default country.

Heya Phenomen,
After trying to reproduce the error you are encountering, I noticed it only returns that message when the phone number doesn't look like a valid USA phone number.

I tested with random numbers like 1234567890, and it returned Invalid message. Please, try again..

But when I tested with an actual valid USA phone number 418-543-8090 (I tested with and without - and it was both valid), which is the first among valid random USA phones from this link, the flow continued normally:
