Status Code 500; GET Method

Hello everyone, my name is Luan Felipe, I'm from Brazil and I have a problem using a GET method in a local API where I work.

When trying to access the API, typebot returns status 500.

{
"statusCode": 500,
"data": {
"message": "Error from Typebot server: TypeError: fetch failed"
}
}

OBS: I can access the API using the GET method in Postman.

I posted screenshots of Postman and Typebo with the settings made (I just removed the values from the headers for the printout)
I would like some kind of help. Thanks!

The values for the headers are missing here, is this intended?
Yes. I just removed them, because I don't know if I can put the values here.

However, I point out that with headers, it works in Postman, but not in Typebot and returns error 500
Can you provide a reproduction of the bug?
Attached is a video with the simulations in Typebot and Postman, using the GET method
Thanks can you share the bot so that I can debug it on my end?
Is just making the stream public good for you (https://app.typebot.io/typebots/clwtgv71c00178dwhgdx4fg4j/edit)? Or do I need your email to share it?

Remembering that the entire flow that is created I have already tested with another API, but I need to use this second API that collects data such as full name, date of birth, but I have not yet been able to use the GET method to access the object.
An important note: This API that shows error 500 is from the intranet of the company where I work and it is not clear whether this is affecting Typebot or whether Typebot, being an online service, can only access public APIs.

The issue is that even though it is an intranet API, I can access it using Postman.
Oh that is it then
Can the API be access outside of the company network?
I think Postman installs a local agent on your computer to execute the requests from your computer directly.
Typebot requests are executed from our server
Thanks for your help Baptiste. I will check the development of a public API here at work.👍
