Stores the conversation history and track

At a glance

The community members are discussing how to store conversation history and session/guest IDs in a database to track with Typebot. They want to be able to show the conversation history when a user logs in. The community members have found that they need to store the session ID, user messages, bot responses, and user ID in an external database. However, they have confirmed that Typebot does not store the full conversation history on the server side, and the chat state is only saved in the user's web browser.

What are you trying to achieve in the end?
The user have unique ID, I want to show conversation history when they log in.
Affter asking AI, I found that I need to store sessionId, user message, bot response and user ID in my (external) database, is that right?
I know there is an variable type (transcription) where u can get the bot talk resume.

You can send that over some API and when the user logs in at ur platform u may retrieve it.

Idk if I got that right.
How long can I get the bot talk resume? Typebot storage the resume permanent?
Could you show me the API? Thanks
Are you aware of this?
Thank you for your response,
Yes, I'm aware, but The chat state will be saved in the user’s web browser. It will be available only on the same device and web browser. I want to confirm that, Typebot have no store full history conversation (server side)?
