"Try Signing in with a Different Account" Error while self-hosting

Sign-In does not work on any OAuth methods. (Azure AD, Github, Google configured) Admin panel hosted at https://admin.forms-prd.dillonri.ng and viewer hosted at https://forms.dillon.network. Logs attached and screen recording of error: https://assets.dillon.network/MOVKaa.mp4. Hosting on Docker.

im using defaults provided right now, will redownload the compose and .env to make sure I didn’t accidentally change anything
