A community member noticed that the wait block behaves differently in WhatsApp compared to web applications. While they set a 120-second timer, the message was sent after only 10 seconds.
Other community members clarified that this is expected behavior, as WhatsApp has a maximum wait time limit of 5 seconds. They advised that the wait block should not be used for message scheduling purposes on WhatsApp.
I need help to understand if this is a bug or if it is the default behavior of the wait block.
On the web the wait block works as expected, waiting the time in seconds that I set, but not on whatsapp. I set a timer of 120 seconds, but the second message was sent in 10 seconds. You can check the time of the message.
