Wait for two or more messages before continuing

At a glance

The community members are discussing how to make a typebot wait for two messages or collect two messages before continuing the flow. The post mentions an issue where the typebot is only taking the first message ("Hello") and the second message ("Good morning") is being ignored, resulting in the person's name being displayed as "Good morning".

The comments suggest using AI to classify the messages and define custom outputs for the flow. Another community member suggests waiting for a second message from the user and combining them into an HTTP request. However, other comments indicate that only the first message will be considered and there is no easy technical way to combine multiple messages.

There is no explicitly marked answer in the comments.

Hey team, has anyone managed to make typebot wait for 2 messages, or collect 2 messages before continuing the flow? Here there is a lot of "Hello," and then "Good morning" and it completely mocks the flow, the person's name goes as good morning lol

You can use AI for it, learn about clasification category template so you can define any topic you want and ask AI to output 1 unique word so you can create each output to any flow you want
I don't think that's the case, my friend, the idea is to wait for a second message from the user in typebot and combine them into an http request
Are you talking about the WhatsApp runtime?
