Whatsapp media upload not stored

When a user uploads media (image, video, etc) it is not uploaded in the same way as with the web version of the bot. As such whatever is uploaded from Whatsapp is not saved and therefore cannot be used in the bot. Is this to be expected?

@Apploader @Baptiste Is it possible to upload Media file or doc file in Typbot whatsapp? I tried by using File input, but I couldnt see like web version

@Baptiste we can upload the documents using Web, but not via Whatsapp

Sorry, its working now - issue in Facebook meta account. I switched to other account, its working
