Where is typebot <body> ? GTM is asking to include code

At a glance

The community member created a container in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and was asked to include code in both the <head> and <body> sections of their website. They found the <head> code under Settings->Metadata, but could not find where to put the <body> code.

Another community member suggested that to set up GTM for a Typebot, the community member should go to the Share tab of their bot, select Google Tag Manager, and follow the instructions there.

A third community member questioned why the community member needs to use GTM if they can already send data directly to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and import conversions from GA4 to Google Ads. The third community member believes that using GTM allows for tracking more specific events within Typebots, which GA alone cannot do, such as tracking how many times a person selects one option over another or how many go through a certain percentage of the flow. However, the third community member has not figured out exactly how to do this in the GTM user interface.

There is no explicitly marked answer in the comments.

Hi,
I created a container in Google Tag Manager, and it asks to include a code both on
<head> (which I found under Settings->Metadata)
<body> which I did not find.

Where do I put this <body> code?

Thanks, Best,
André.

The way you're doing it is to set up GTM for your actual website.
To set it up for your Typebot, go to the Share tab of your bot, select Google Tag Manager, and from there follow the instructions:

Thanks, but I could manage to send directly to GA4 and at G Ads I`ve imported conversions from GA4. So why do I need GTM ?
I believe using GTM allows you to "catch" very specific events that get triggered from within your Typebots, which GA alone can't track
For example, you may want to track how many times a person selects one option over another from a button input, or how many of them go through N% of the entire flow, etc.

Though, I haven't figured out how exactly yet. I understand it theoretically, but I'm not sure where to click in the GTM UI to reach that
