I have a file that saves a large number of questions and corresponding answers, whether typebot can read the file, find relevant questions from the file when the user asks typebot and answer the corresponding answers, if not, provide a jump to a human service. Can typebot(Paid version) do it?
I do not know how do you manage the reply so if you share your flow we can better understand your situation. trying to imagine a solution i can suggest to use condition block on that to manage a condition that redirect to your direct chat service.
