How can I put the question field and the answer text field in the same block?

It is not possibile and i do not know or understand why to do this kind of choice.
Variable is a dedicated and single block that has his rules why to insert in a text block?
What is the reason or the improvement that you'll have?

I just wanted to understand how to group blocks. In fact it's a simple drag and drop.
