Have any of you met with typebot not working on a mobile device?

We installed typebot through Docker on our server and configured it. I put typebot into the live website and everything works fine. But recently one of our customers complained about not working typebot on a mobile device. So I was testing it on IOS and Andriod mobile phones and unfortunately, genuinely it doesn't work. Also, I looked at docker logs on the server, but I can't see any anomaly.
