openai block

Hello! I tried to use AI templates with openai blocks but when I run a test it will fail or show an error. The error shows i ran out of my monthly quota but when I checked more details about your openai block it mentioned that it will still run on a free version of chatgpt. What could go wrong with my process? or is it really about my subscription in openai?

I think baptiste simply suggested to you that usually this kind of problem occurs when you try to use an open account at the credit card devoid.
Since every interaction with OpenaAi will have a cost, which you can look up here https://openai.com/api/pricing/ it is necessary that your account have your credit card inserted and working
Hello Mario, thank you. I will check with the account owner about that but we are using a new pro account so it should at least work once but when I tried the new account it still won't work in testing.

This is an OpenAI error. This has nothing to do with Typebot
They say "please check your plan and billing details", I think you should do that then πŸ™‚
It works now. Btw, I would like to know if it is possible to set up specific question and answer in OpenAI block? I'm using it as a customer support chatbot.
also, is it possible to setup AI to represent the company instead of considering itself as a general chatbot?
That's a matter of using the right prompt and with testing ensure that the model you're using tries to fit to the system instructions it was given
