Continue chat failed due to timeout

I have embedded typebot in my website using iframe.
At times when user gives any input via button click the typebot loading animation is displayed and then fails to generate reply message.
User has to provide same button input multiple times post which a reply might be generated.

This happened multiple times and is affecting our live users. Attaching relevant screenshots.

Can you provide more information about what your bot is doing after the button click ?

yes it happened multiple times today

on button click i am seeing the typebot loading animation
after a while the animation fades out and the button becomes inactive / stays active

we were using Typebot Jump/ Goto Feature where we can go to a different / current bot
on removing these Jump blocks it worked properly

Ok so you are most likely creating an infinite loop with jump blocks. I suggest you carefully check every possible path when using Jump blocks
